DigiBroker seller agreement

Version 2026-10-29-shared-sales-30pct

Operator: Paranoid Capital L.L.C-FZ. Contact: hello@digibroker.com. A seller uses a verified account and accepts the current seller agreement before submitting domains. Submission is not publication. Domain control evidence and independent publication review are required. The seller supplies accurate listing details and USD asking prices. Control verification does not itself establish ownership, authority to sell or trademark clearance. The listing concerns domain registration rights. Any website, business, logo, content, hosting or other rights require a separate express agreement. An inquiry, offer or broker pipeline entry does not complete a sale. Accepted transaction terms and supported payment and transfer arrangements must be confirmed before proceeding. The completed sale allocation is 70% to the seller and a 30% success fee. For an eligible attributed broker-assisted sale, that fee comprises 20% gross broker commission and 10% platform allocation. Direct sales allocate 30% to the platform. Provider transaction and disbursement costs are platform operating costs, not hidden deductions from the 70% seller or 20% broker shares. Applicable tax and registrar renewal responsibilities require separate confirmation. Previously accepted sale terms retain their agreed allocation. Existing seller pricing authority must be renewed before accepting a new sale under the 70/20/10 policy. A transaction in progress blocks competing purchases. A browser return does not prove funding or settlement. No sale, payment date or automatic split disbursement is guaranteed.
