Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, the domain you are interested in, any offer, and your message. We use these details to assess and respond to your request and to discuss a potential sale.
Accounts, listings and marketplace records
Accounts store contact and verification information, agreement acceptance and preferences. Broker applications, listing submissions, control verification, logos, sales pipeline activity and transaction support create records needed to review and operate those requests. Private prospect, evidence and participant information is restricted to authorized roles and relevant transaction participation. The current private broker inventory is available only to eligible approved accounts. Public information pages do not expose domain inventory.
Essential notices remain available in the account inbox. Optional marketing consent is separate. Provider identity proposals require independent review; submitting a proposal does not establish provider verification. Do not submit bank credentials or government documents merely to use the account interface.
Optional Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, name, email address and email-verification status so we can create or authenticate your DigiBroker account. We request basic identity information only, not access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens. Existing users can connect or disconnect Google in Account settings; you must keep another working sign-in method before disconnecting your only one. Google processes the sign-in request under its own privacy policy.
Your shortlist
Saved domain names are stored in your browser using local storage. They remain on that browser until you remove them or clear its site data. Optional course reading progress is also saved in this browser and can be removed using Reset reading progress in Learn or by clearing site data. You do not need an account to use the shortlist.
Optional analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to our public pages. Analytics is not loaded on private account, dashboard or payment pages. We do not send form contents, account identifiers, URL query strings or fragments. Advertising features are disabled. Your choice is saved in this browser for up to six months. You can reject analytics or withdraw permission through Cookie settings at any time.
Technical information
The website processes request information needed to serve pages and protect the inquiry form from misuse. Inquiry information is stored by the website service. Do not include payment card details, passwords, or sensitive documents in a message.
Service providers and hosting
Digibroker uses Supabase in the US West region for its database and Railway for application hosting. Cloudflare provides DNS, security and email forwarding. Resend provides transactional email delivery. These services process the request, account, marketplace or message information needed for their respective functions. This infrastructure includes processing outside your country.
Fonts and logos
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request those fonts, which exposes ordinary request information such as your IP address. Domain logos are served directly by this website.
Broker payout details
If you choose to save a payout account, DigiBroker collects the legal account holder name and address, bank name and address, bank country, payout currency, IBAN or account number and routing code, and SWIFT/BIC. We encrypt these details and restrict access to authorized payout staff. Routine account screens show only masked account information. Staff access and changes are recorded for security and payment review.
Paranoid Capital uses the details to verify the beneficiary and arrange commission transfers through Wio. Required recipient information is shared with Wio and banks involved in the transfer. Saving an account does not initiate a payment. Changes create a new version; a payment already sent retains its original recipient record. We retain account versions and payment evidence as needed for payment administration, disputes, security and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact hello@digibroker.com with access, correction or deletion requests; records required for an existing payment or legal obligation may need to be retained. Do not submit online banking passwords, PINs or one-time codes.
Sharing and payment
This website does not collect payment card information. If a sale proceeds, we will explain the payment and transfer services involved before you use them. We do not sell inquiry details.
Contact and deletion requests
Use the contact page to request access to or deletion of information you submitted. Include the email address used for the inquiry so the request can be matched.
