Find the right buyer. Earn 20% when an eligible sale completes. Available domains are shared opportunities, with no exclusive claims.

Choose your opportunities.

Approved active brokers with current agreements can sell all authorized available domains for free, including Premium names. There are no domain limits. Other brokers may work on the same domain. The owner must have authorized broker sales, and current agreements and access checks apply.

Your sales pipeline.

Save relevant domains, research suitable businesses and record your buyer conversations, offers and next steps. Share useful updates with the owner. Adding a domain to your pipeline does not reserve it or stop another broker from selling it. Only an approved purchase transaction reserves a domain.

Credit for the buyer you introduce.

The first verified actual introduction of the buyer who completes the purchase determines broker attribution. Buyer confirmation or reviewed evidence must support that introduction. Registering an email, sending an unsolicited message, sharing a link or recording a click does not reserve a buyer or earn commission.

Keep buyer information private. Do not approach a buyer already in a protected negotiation for that domain. Existing direct inquiries, duplicate introductions, related-party conflicts and disputes require review. One completed sale pays one broker; an unrelated direct purchase earns no broker commission.

Negotiate within the owner's instructions.

Start from the current asking price. The private minimum is the lowest total sale price the owner has authorized, not a price to advertise. Broker acceptance needs explicit, current owner authority. Offers below that minimum need the owner's approval. A broker cannot award themselves commission on their own domain.

30% total commission.

For new eligible broker-assisted sales, the seller keeps 70%, the DigiBroker earns 20% gross commission and DigiBroker receives 10% before provider costs. On a $100,000 sale, that is $70,000, $20,000 and $10,000 respectively. For a direct sale with no attributed broker, the seller keeps 70% and DigiBroker receives 30%. Provider transaction and payout costs come from DigiBroker's share. Previously accepted sale terms retain their agreed allocation.

Funds must clear, the domain transfer must complete and the transaction must be checked before commission is earned. A recorded balance is not a confirmed payment. Payment arrangements are being finalized; no automatic split or fixed payout date is promised.

Keep access and conduct in good standing.

Active approval, current agreements, honest evidence and responsible outreach are required. Previously earned commission and accepted deal terms are preserved. Fabricated leads, misleading messages and repeated unwanted contact can suspend access.
